Hamainsa.com ("Hamainsa.com") makes this Web site (the "Site") and various e-mail offers available to:
(1) those individuals who have opted to receive such offers on third party Web sites,
(2) Member or Site User of Hamainsa.com partner sites, and
(3) other individuals whose information has been provided to Hamainsa.com by third parties (in accordance with their respective privacy policies) (collectively, "Member or Site User"), subject to this privacy policy (the "Policy"). This Policy explains what information Hamainsa.com collects about Member or Site User and users of the Site, how Hamainsa.com uses and/or shares this information, and how such information is maintained. Hamainsa.com collects Member or Site Userpersonally identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered by Member or Site User during the Member or Site Userregistration process on our partner sites or in response to specific information requests explicitly presented to Member or Site User. Hamainsa.com also collects PII that is provided by third parties to Hamainsa.com in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Examples of PII that may be requested and/or collected include: first and last name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. From time to time, Hamainsa.com may also present opportunities for Member or Site User to voluntarily provide a limited amount of general demographic information about themselves, which may include their gender, birth date, marital status, education, occupation, and household income.
Hamainsa.com reserves the right to use Member or Site UserPII:
(1) for the specific purpose for which such information was provided;
(2) as disclosed at the time such information is provided; and/or
(3) as disclosed in this Policy. However, please note that Hamainsa.com may change this Policy at any time (See "Changes to this Policy," below), and that therefore Hamainsa.com may in the future use Member or Site UserPII for additional purposes not currently included in this Policy.
When you become a Member or Site User, you may be automatically registered to become a Member or Site Userof any or all the other online properties in the [Vendare Network] (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Also, Hamainsa.com may share Member or Site UserPII (except for credit card information and social security number) with its partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers and marketers, lookup and reference services, and any other entities that Hamainsa.com believes are able to provide Member or Site User with special offers and opportunities. Note that although Hamainsa.com advises everyone who receives Member or Site UserPII from Hamainsa.com to support this Policy, Hamainsa.com has no control over such party's information handling practices and is not responsible for any failure of such party to adhere to this Policy.
Member or Site User understand and agree that Hamainsa.com may share their PII with the Network Sites and unaffiliated third parties.
Additionally, Hamainsa.com may share Member or Site UserPII in aggregate, non-personal form, with select companies that wish to reach a particular Member or Site Usertarget audience. This information will allow these entities to provide relevant offers to specific Member or Site User.
Finally, Hamainsa.com may disclose Member or Site UserPII in order to: (1) comply with applicable laws (including, without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act); (2) respond to governmental inquiries; (3) comply with valid legal process; and (4) protect the rights or property of Hamainsa.com, the Network Sites or other Member or Site User and users of the Site.
By using this Site or responding to emails from Member or Site User's Select, Member or Site User acknowledge that the processing of their PII for the purposes described above may involve the transfer of such PII from within the European Economic Area ("EEA") to countries outside the EEA whose data protection regulation may not be as stringent as that within the European Union.
Hamainsa.com may also collects certain non-personally identifiable information, including the non-personally identifiable information more fully described below.
IP Address. Hamainsa.com may collect your IP (Internet Protocol) address to help diagnose problems with Hamainsa.com's server, and to administer this Site and Hamainsa.com e-mail offers. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. Your IP address is also used to help identify you during a particular session and to gather broad demographic data.
Clear GIFs. Hamainsa.com uses a common technology known as a "Clear GIF" or "1-by-1 Pixel" on the Site and in e-mail communications with Member or Site User. A Clear GIF, or "graphic interface format" is a small graphic (in fact, truly a 1x1 pixel) that Hamainsa.com (or a partner of Hamainsa.com) places on the Site or in an e-mail. GIFs, which do not contain any PII, provide Hamainsa.com with important information about how Member or Site User respond to e-mail messages. With this information, Hamainsa.com is better able to track the performance of certain promotions and understand the effectiveness of particular creative e-mail presentations. Hamainsa.com may also allow its advertisers and promotional partners the ability to use GIFs on the Site solely to track Member or Site User who link from their respective sites to this Site, but this ability to track such activity does not allow these entities access to Member or Site UserPII.
Although the information collected through the foregoing methods does not itself contain any PII, Hamainsa.com may analyze and match such information with other information that you provide (including PII) as well as information that Hamainsa.com may obtain elsewhere, and Hamainsa.com may share all or some of such information with partners, prospective partners, and other affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.
Hamainsa.com may also disclose non-personally identifiable information in order to (1) comply with applicable laws, (2) respond to governmental inquiries, (3) comply with valid legal process, or (4) protect the rights or property of Hamainsa.com or its Member or Site User and users of the Site.
When you become a Member or Site User, you will automatically be registered to receive promotional offers and updates, via e-mails, from Hamainsa.com and from the Network
Additionally, when you become a Member or Site User, you will be provided with the opportunity to receive promotional offers, via e-mails, from partners of Hamainsa.com. While some of these opportunities will only be sent to you if you expressly request them, others may be sent to you unless you elect not to receive them. Accordingly, please review these offers carefully.
Member or Site User may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional e-mails from Hamainsa.com, the Network Sites or partners of Hamainsa.com by sending an email to hamainsa@gamil.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hamainsa.com may continue to contact Member or Site User for the purpose of communicating information about their Member or Site Userhip with Hamainsa.com to Member or Site User, or similar information relating to Hamainsa.com, the Site or your Member or Site Userhip, as well as to facilitate, complete or confirm any transaction that Member or Site User' enter into or in response to or fulfillment of Member or Site User' inquiries or requests.
Note that unsubscribing from one e-mail list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other e-mail list that you may be on. Please read the e-mail carefully to find out which list you are unsubscribing from. If you are a Member or Site Userof Jackpot.com, WinHamainsas.net and/or Uproar.com and would like to unsubscribe from the e-mail lists of any or all of these Web sites, you must terminate your Member or Site Userhip with the applicable sites to which you are a Member or Site User. In addition, if we have shared your information with one of our partners, unsubscribing from our list will not prevent these third parties from emailing you.

By providing PII and other information to Hamainsa.com, Member or Site User and users of the Site fully understand and unambiguously consent to the collection and processing of such information in, and the transfer of such information to, the United States and other countries or territories, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
In its sole discretion, Hamainsa.com may transfer, sell or assign information collected on or about Member or Site User and/or users of the Site, including without limitation, PII and other Member or Site Userprovided information, to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of Hamainsa.com.
